The reception staff are unprepared and uninterested in helping customers who arrive late with small children. Always a problem finding a reservation. Check-in takes a long time and no one knows how to give information on where to eat and points of interest

Best breakfast I ever had
Breakfast was fantastic really, everything you could think of was available, buffet style. Also, I used the shampoo and conditioner at the hotel, and my hair never looked better than after using these products. I wonder if it has to do something with the water there? I've been trying to find that shampoo but they don't deliver to the US. Anyway the room was great, the bed was comfy, lots of plants in the lobby, but my favorite was breakfast.

Easy access to the airport, I was charged twice
Airport Shuttle bus makes it easy to access the airport. Restaurant with a variety of food available and All you can eat for a fixed price, It's worth if you eat a lot, that wasn't our case.
I have been charged twice, one time by Booking.com and another by the Hotel Staff, they reverted it back, however It still has not shown up in my account. Only one of the 2 cards to open the room door was working. There is a deposit of 50 Euro that they reverse back during Checkout.
